パリの郊外で出会ったバターナイフです。
これは小さい方で、ひとまわり大きいものもあるのですが
先にこちらを開放しようと思います。

譲っていただいた方は40年ほど前に購入したものらしいです。

本体には、Acier extra INOXYDABLE と刻印されています。
フランス語でステンレス鋼を意味し、とても強いしっかりした
ナイフになります。

バターナイフとしてだけではなく、そのほにかにも使えそうですね。
